I noticed many vegans, specifically HCLF vegans, saying a banana is ripe when the peel is spotty. What should the inside look like i.e. when you bite into it? Mine is a bit more brown through the center than I’m used to and finding mold on the inside of one of my oranges yesterday terrified me when it comes to the fruit I bought
Since starting to eat different foods, I am eating more fruit ( though nowhere near 30 bananas or 2500 calories a day) and have inadvertently come to scrutinize my fruit more. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
