Week 1 - Day 2 - Bloo’s Plant Based Journey. . . I am in a transition phase. That means there are things in my fridge that I bought because I like but aren’t plant based and Tanny won’t eat. Most of which I can pass over to my bachelor son Bam and he is incredibly grateful for. However 1 in particular he wasn’t and that got used for lunch. . . Breakfast - 2 slices of Malted Granary Toast with leftover Sweet Potato, Yemani Spice and Sunflower Seeds. . . Snack - Dates, Dried Cranberries, Tiger Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Crystallised Pomelo Peel, Pumpkin Seeds. . . Lunch - Pan Fried Sardines in Lemon and Parsley Panko Crumb. . . Dinner - Golden Vegetable Rice . . Like I said before this is a transition time and so the fresh sardines were a last hurrah. The Golden veg rice was from a giant jar of it I bought from Approved Food last year and Tanny wanted to try it and since it has been such a massive day I wasn’t going to argue. I ate because I had too at that point and to try it. . . Anyways today is a new day.
