This yellow and purple congregation of spring bloomers is sweet and seasonal...and especially so because of the ferny and delicate golden feverfew. Yesterday while cleaning up leaves in the garden, I came across many baby columbine seedlings under their protective cover. Those small little darlings will grow up to be beautiful purple delicacies like those pictured here. A beautiful combination with any gold or yellow hued companion.
