I'd love to see you use this for thrust, using explosive decomposition using thermo-acoustic & catalytic combos. Those ultra high voltage points can be made to gap at closer points to help with thermo-acoustic heating pressure waves that aid in catalytic chemical reactions. I.e. n2o & n2o2 which can be redox'd flowed back into the system to help with efficiency of the system. Does it last forever, no, that's not what it is, its for increasing the total thrust for the given speed of a field & "electron" to the given aligned & laminar flow of gases involved to produce ultra high frequency combined explosive decomposition pulse jets; All of which can now help aid in a wonderful heat pump redox flow, co-efficient of performance is nice isn't it, range extender effect.
