when i die, this is what they'll point to
I just discovered that the person who designed the Robbing the Cradle level from Thief: Deadly Shadows was the one who designed BioShock's Fort Frolic. That makes way too much sense.
At the time of typing this i have yet to play Deadly Shadows but I have read about it and now i'm more reluctant to because of Fort Frolic. Fort Frolic was without a doubt the most disturbing level I have ever played, and the only time in the entire BioShock series where I legitimately became scared. The Reason? Plaster Splicers. They terrify me because unlike most Splicers, who talk to themselves out of lunacy, never say anything because there mouths are plastered shut. The creepiest part that I just realized while typing, despite being covered head to toe with whatever the hell the plastering stuff is, they are still alive. Something that should be impossible, because normally that stuff makes you a living statue, but the Plaster Splicers are still as flexible as the normal ones, and once you find the thing that spawns them (weapon upgrade station) THEY DONT STOP RESPAWNING. THEY CAN SHOW UP ANYWHERE INCLUDING RIGHT BEHIND YOU.
