This is when the lovey dovey feeling wears off and your emotions are stable and basically flat, example of how a Plateau is a flat land of grass.Things get dry and your thoughts wander. You stop doing all the things you did in the beginning to get the person, or in a lesser consistency. This ends up in either "The Breakup" or "The Realization" depending on if the person is right for you, because now you are open to see their flaws, peeves, and slight annoyances that aren't compatible with you.
