Most Hits - Rebuilding (on FFN) with 17,389,552 Hermione Granger returns to Hogwarts to help rebuild the shattered castle the summer after the war. She and the other summer resident - and eventually their friends - have to come to terms with how the war broke more than just the walls of the building. Follows multiple Hogwarts students through '8th year' and one additional year of early adulthood.
Second Most Kudos - Like Brothers (this is true on both sites, with 8,527 faves on FFN and 4,103 kudos on AO3, but I've linked to the AO3 version) Minerva McGonagall steps in on the awful night the Potters are murdered and arranges to have Harry Potter raised by Sirius Black and his somewhat cousins, the Malfoys. Draco and Harry grow up as almost brothers and everything - well, almost everything - is different.
Third Most Comments - The Wrong Strain with 12,671 reviews on FFN Everyone knew what veela were. Veela were magical creatures, breathtakingly beautiful, who captivated men with a single look. It would have been nice to have been that strain. Instead, Hermione Granger was infected by another. Instead of captivating all men, she was captivated by one. She'd die without him. She was already in almost constant pain.
Fourth Most Bookmarks - The Muddy Princess (this is also true on both sites, though I'm not sure the alerts->bookmarks mapping is quite correct) Just another Pureblood!Hermione story. A hidden adoption revealed, a brother found, a new world to figure out: "What are you hoping for?" he asked as they stood ready to do the spell. "I don't know," Hermione admitted. "You?" His knuckles were white on his wand. "A sister," he said, his voice very low, "I'm hoping for a sister."
Fifth Most Words - The Green Girl, at 140K Hermione is sorted into Slytherin; how will things play out differently when the brains of the Golden Trio has different friends? AU. And fewest words goes to Hiss, a plotless tombrax piece clocking in at 336 words
