when you say you did not stop bumping into one another you mean 'bumping into one another' right?
I mean we have the unfortunate tendency to sometimes be in the same place at the same time. The first time, I beat a hasty and ungraceful retreat, called @scandalpants to help me get it together, came back, and avoided eye contact. (Until I couldn’t, at which point I gritted out a truly forced and terrible “Hi.”) Unless we have some kind of personal relationship, I generally don’t like seeing people again after they’ve been, like...in me, which makes fucking around in a small college town just as bad of an idea as it sounds.

I agree 100% & consider the white saviour/brown savage analysis as applied to bellarke to be ridiculous. Bell & Clarke have both done their own fair share of fucked up shit. Bell's arc was definitely poorly written this season & as a result he's come across as villainous when I think the writers intended him to be morally ambiguous. That said, he's hardly a 'savage'. Additionally, its not as if Clarke hasn't made mistakes this season. She's made plenty.
