They say "you're faking, you're a liar" but they haven't experienced what you have. They aren't in your shoes.

So whatever you experience with plurality, whether it be through natural causes, traumatic causes, created;

You are valid. You are free. You are real. Everything you experience is real. Don't let people tell you otherwise, I'm tired of people giving others labels or labels being used in general when you can just EXIST.

If labels help btw there's nothing wrong with that :3 (as a system who's fighting for one that helps explain us lol)

It's perfectly normal to not be 100% sure about things! I'm sure you'll figure it out eventually, but, even if you don't, you're still incredibly valid, and we support you! You deserve to take some time for yourself and think about things, but please don't feel rushed to find a label!

This is your daily reminder that you don’t need to switch regularly to be a system.

We’re a diagnosed DID system. Usually one of the hosts will take over completely for two or three days and because of our low communication (especially between frequent fronters) there will be radio silence.

When we first joined the system community, there was a lot of talk about switching regularly and losing days at a time and yes that does happen to some people and that is valid.

It’s also valid to be like us. We have one host front for a few days and occasionally other people will drop by. Our other host will get us dressed on the rare occasion we have to leave the house (about once an month) and will take over for a day if the first host needs a break. That works for us. At first, we switched maybe once a week. Now we switch two to four times a week.

Not switching often is valid. I don’t just mean a couple of days either. Not switching for weeks is valid. You are valid no matter how your system fronting works and how you adapt to that.

Take care of yourselves and accept yourselves for you. You don’t need to be like any other system.

You'll pull through step by step, you don't gotta have it figured out today or tomorrow, or even next week. Let yourself feel to heal that wound, no matter how deep. Here's to introjects who are vastly different people compared to what they're based on!

Contrary to what some might believe, being an introject does not equate to being a carbon copy of the person that was introjected. For example, a fictive of a villain certainly doesn't make them an inherently bad, unkind, or problematic person. So, here's to the ones who are drastically different from their source!

Protagonist fictives who are persecutors/prosecutors/avengers/etc.

Those who are kinder, more polite, or more thoughtful than their source

Factives of figures that have done bad things who actively try to do good in the present

Introjects of objects who identify as fully or partly something else

You deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and like you're your own person (because you are!). You may identify with your source, and that's totally ok! But, it's also ok to be as different from it as you are now. You have the ability to do absolutely whatever you want to!

Oftentimes, human brains can latch onto something we find relatable, comforting, etc., and systems are no different! Here's to those who find a source of enjoyment and then develop introjects from them!

Headmates from more obscure sources, including ones people rarely hear about

Those who gained introjects because they saw themselves in a traumatized individual, and split someone based on them

Didn't initially know they were a proxy system due to lack of information in plural spaces

Thought their system might've been something else at first, such as a kin system, or thought that they were just a singlet
