my roommates and i were watchin svu and the ep was about stigma surrounding mental illness and one was like 'is that rly true though' and i said 'u have nooo idea' and i realized though its kind of my job to help reduce the stigma at least in my apartment ???? maybe i should be more open about it ?????????????? i dont know how to begin though
