So I had a girl message me saying that being plus -size and posting my workouts and progress photos is triggering and problematic for other plus size who see it. After I kindly reminded that I’m grown and will post whatever I want- we agreed to disagree. Part of the reason I became a coach was to show that fitness isn’t about size and that you can do whatever you want at any size at any size, it’s not about fitting in to any society standards.
