You know what i AM kinda done with damien but not because of his autism but because the guy doesn’t protect his supposed gf from his fans trying to figure out everything about her life, doesn’t tell them to stop claiming her as a stalker when she was in fact the one getting stalked the whole time, doesn’t make his ex friends behave normally around her and lets them be mean toward her, he apparently made slighting comments about chel on his recent stream. This isn’t some attempt to spoof as a chel supporter to stir things up even more for the benefit of beth. As someone who’s been to rock bottom and got attacked in a similar way, the man closest to me genuinely had my back. In other words… done with damien insisting he’s a good guy.

His supposed girlfriend stole nearly 20k in merch and their only defense against stalking allegations is "i didn't do that". They aren't acknowledging the important shit like massive theft. They violated Damien's privacy by sharing an image of them kissing and talking 'vaguely' about their sex life, among other things. They also engaged with their minor audience and got them to draw and speak sexually with them. Their entire doc is a nothingburger to distract people from the three most important things and it's fucking working.

Chel has already tainted Damien's reputation by the way theirs precedes them. Call me whatever you want but I wouldn't be able to defend someone no matter how close we are if they've done that stuff. You can't defend grand fucking larceny and sexually interacting with minors (which is documented).

(Reason: months ago, Chel was talking to a group who doesn't know her and she claimed she's 21 and immediately called out "I'm Damien Haas's girlfriend" which made few uncomfortable, this person called Damien out afterwards but unfortunately they deactivated their bsky account after several DH fans attacked them (its not the DH fans fault, they didn't know until the chaos happened))

Some Thots

Honestly very confused about some of the reception re: Chel's doc. Personally, I did not care about the art theft allegation once all the talk of them harassing voice actors, making people uncomfortable face to face, trampling Damien's privacy by making it clear in several ways that they were dating, stealing 18K, being inappropriate with minors and claiming to be 20/21 all came out.

And again, I've skimmed the doc (bc that anon I reblogged was correct--this doc did not need to be this long. Brevity is the soul wit and evidence presentation. Be concise.) and it seems like there is some evidence for the art theft/skinwalking allegations leveled by Bep in specific are as shaky as I personally always thought they were.

Dressing alt and selling merch of copyrighted characters you don't own is something a lot of people do. That was never what I myself found of note. It honestly at its core is just the alt girl version of the Sad Beige Drama lawsuit.

Is it unfortunate that the person who kicked off this whole discussion surrounding Chel might have done it for the wrong reasons/selfish reasons/misguided reasons/etc? Sure.

But we cannot lose sight of the fact that Chel spent 99% of this massive doc addressing the Bep/Beth allegations, skimmed over the shit that actually made them look like a massive weirdo, and then is going to address the Steady Hands thing in another doc??

Questions to ask moving forward:

Did they spend so much time addressing the Bep stuff because its that important? Or was it the only thing they had any real evidence for?

Why not address the allegations of the vanishing 18K first? It's the larger, more actionable (legally) accusation. It's the one I'd be most concerned with if I were them. Or hell, if I were interested in working with them.

There were allegations (iirc) of them having copied Damien to initially get his attention, too. Would love evidence of that because if it's true, that would possibly lend more credence to Bep's accusations of skinwalking.

They "didn't know what metal the jewelry was". Okay. So why lie about it being allergy free?? I know the ability to fudge info about the shit you're drop shipping doesn't make you the next reincarnation of Stalin or whatever. But in they said she said situations, it's important to note where both parties have dropped the ball, fudged the truth, lied, and possibly scammed in the past. If we're calling into question Bep now, we must not lose sight of Chel's questionable actions, either.

Why not edit the doc? Is it because they are long-winded naturally? It's hard to prove a they said she said case? Or was it potentially a purposeful attempt to overwhelm to reader, making it appear as they had more factual evidence to present than they really did possess?

And the unanswerable question of how long before they put out their Steady Hands doc? Is it going to come at all? Or are they banking on enough people believing them and their character because they've 'proved' Bep to be a bad actor thus casting doubt on all of the accusations thrown at Chel?

3 months ago: someone got a bad allergy reaction.

Letting you all know that one of Chel's earrings product were made out of nickel/copper which made one of her buyers get a bad allergy reaction. They've claimed they thought Chel's jewelry were hypoallergenic until they've realized too late that it was a lie.

Dude can I say something? We do the same thing with damangela. When Damien made Angela play his wife in the tntl. We all lost our minds, I saw this one post where they said that he made her his wife in one and a date in another, it's like he's trying to tell her something..

The point is, shipping is just like that.

We find moments, we create stories out of them. And we stay in our lane and on an app where the cast would never see it. So if someone says "oh Shayne always seeks out Angela when something funny happens" or "He looks at her with so much love"

It is exactly the same. If we claim that Damien and Angela give each other flirty looks, why can't they say that Shayne and Angela give each other flirty looks too

In my book, I'd say both are technically wrong. But if we approve of one and shame the other that's not fair. And don't say it's that he's married. You guys have been shipping Damangela when Damien was in a relationship too even before Chel got exposed as a bad person (and there are several ships involving married people like Amangela, Spourt etc)

Saying they gave each other a flirty look is very different than the asks I've received saying Shayne wants to cheat on Court with Angela, alright?

Damien still also has not confirmed that he's in a relationship or was in a relationship with Chel. Chel put that possibility forward. Most people had no idea that Damien was possibly in a relationship at all and they wouldn't have known in any way if Chel hadn't violated Damien's privacy by doing what they did.
