HAPPY PMD DAY!!

Gosh, what an important day for an important game in our lives. It may not be the biggest nor most famous game, but for those of us brainrotting over it almost TWO DECADES after the first game released, and 5 years since any new releases...well, it's clear it's been the most impactful game for a lot of us!

We've been at this PMD Fanfiction thing for about a year and a half. In that short time the PMD folks have shown and shared their absolute creative passion with both old stories and brand new ones. I definitely recommend checking out some of these new releases coming out! Find the List of Stories Here!

Also, to celebrate, we've got some big updates being rolled out today!

Website Version 2.6.0 - Notification and Beta-reader update

Notification rework The notification system has been reworked and it now allows for you to dismiss notifications and also allows us to issue notifications not just from stories. Currently, we issue notifications for new comments under your stories, but if anyone else has ideas for what should be notified, we are open to them.

NEW! - Beta-reader listing Anyone with an account can now go to their account settings and create their beta-reader profile. Once created, it will show up on the public listing under the link here or you can also find it in the site's menu. On that page, authors can look for potential beta-readers and contact the ones they are interested in.

Preview link function To allow for better usage of the beta-reading functionality, the authors can now generate a preview link of any chapter that is not published and share it with anyone. This is available in the 'My chapters' menu for authors and under the name of the chapter, there should be a button called 'Generate preview link' and then, the 'Copy preview link' button should show up. This allows for authors to still use website's functionality and showcase to the beta-readers their stories in the final form.
