When I look back on my life, there are people and experiences that stand out having had a profound impact on who I am today. You, Tony Walker, and what you created 19 years ago with our little youth choir at First United Methodist Church San Angelo are one of those many people for me. You helped me through my formative teenage years by giving me something to be a part of, something grounded in Christ. And you continue to foster it in the lives of today's SPIRIT youth and everyone who crosses yalls path. I'm so thankful I was given the opportunity to be part of SPIRIT (and (S.P.A.M.!) all those years ago. And I'm so thankful for the gift that God gave you to coach, teach, train, inspire and ignite the love of Jesus in the lives of others.
