Hello tumblr! It's been awhile!

I was revisiting old fanvids, both finished and unfinished projects, I made a couple years ago and found this gem. I've decided to upload this snippet for posterity's sake.

These fanvids brought me a lot of joy to create. Despite the loneliness and physical pain I was suffering post surgery, I am very fond of this point in my life. I was filled with a creative freedom that I rarely let myself express.

I'm sending a big, loving thank you to anyone who I connected with summer of 2022. To anyone reading this I hope you have a lovely year in store for you!

You have that one scene, from a favorite show, that no matter how many times you see it it still gives you chills?

For me it’s the ending scene for Number Crunch, 1x10 of Person of Interest. To this day, over a decade later, almost 15 years even, and I can still remember watching it for the first time. My heart in my throat absolutely riveted to the tv. Edge of my seat with my Nana as our jaws are on the floor. And even after watching the rest of the series, watching this scene over and over it STILL grips me.

By that point it had already hooked me of course, by episode 4 or 5 I think for sure. But episode 10. I dunno, I think that was the point I knew I would love this series forever. And I’ll never forget the feeling.

Anyway. Was thinking about it out of no where. Might rewatch the first season.

I’m 28 today, I really can’t believe it, I’m trying not to freak out tbh haha. Also this is my first pride identifying as AroAce so that’s kinda cool too lol.

you will never be good enough for the wrong person, so when people don’t see your value it’s not about ”I wasn’t good enough, i’m not this” no, they are just not for you and we have to learn to accept that and not interalize rejection. do not internalize that this person couldn’t step up to the table & give you what you need because that’s not their role in our life. get them out of the way.
