Inktober day 3: poison

[ Spring walked downstairs with a few sheets of blank paper and a blunted pencil held tightly to his chest. ]

“Hi, Venomshank.”

[ He climbs onto one of the chairs at the dining table, putting down the paper and drawing on it. ]

“How are you?”

" Hey kiddo! "

Venomshank sat down next to him, resting his arms and leaning over the table with a small smile watching Spring draw.

" Im good! What are you drawing? "

[ Flowers peeks around the corner of a hallway, quietly padding up to Venomshank and waiting until he’s noticed. ]

“Do you have anything to eat, sir…?”

" Oh? Of course I do! "

Venomshank noticed and looked down at the small inphernal, he'd need to get used to having a child around.. It had been so long since he had to be a father. It gave him a warm kind of feeling in his chest. A sense of pride he couldn't find anywhere else.

" What would you like to eat? "

[ The little Inphernal from before returns to him, staring up at him in silence before holding out a worn plastic bag. It seems to have been simply picked up off the street and used to carry… whatever’s in the bag. ]
