He had followed the executive around in secret a few times.. Watching silently from behind almost every move and action the executive took. This lead to his arrival in the executive dorms. No grunt was allowed in this eerie vacant hall.
Pressing himself up against a wall and out of sight, hand reaching to his belt as he watched the executive enter the room. Releasing his Misdreavus, Kinako, he instructed them to infiltrate the room without being seen. Eager, the pretty spirit went to work, floating toward the room and vanishing through the wall.
He waited until the executive left before entering himself, thankful for his Pokemon’s wispy body and psychic abilities. Once inside, though, he got to work rummaging about for anything of interest. Looking in drawers, under the bed, the closet, anywhere at all the executive could have hidden important documents or data files.
It was just as he began searching the executive’s desk that he was found.

Who knows if he'll learn? He does feel regret though... It's a start.
