I survived my first Monday classes in the pole studio!
Pole class #2 done. Successfully did my first backward shoulder roll! 👅💖🎠
Pole 1.5 5/24/26: Jasmine hold! 💪🏻
My first class with Josie and my third pole class in a row 😵💫 Boy were my muscles toasted! I am so thankful to have another tall and stacked dancer to help me on the pole.
Pole 1.5 5/18/26: I am become merry-go-round 🎠 (full disclosure the pole was set to spin mode so it looks more impressive than it is)
It damn near 90° that day and there is no AC in the studio so I'm counting any instance of grip with my sweaty body as a win.😅💦

I ended up taking off my socks for the recording, but my feets are too soft for friction on the floor. Guess I need some sexier socks 😅🧦
