This is a short improvisation I did in a new studio I started teaching in this week. 80% of this spin sequence is good for beginner level.

Tutorials
Tomorrow I am teaching a pole class and will record some tutorials for this blog and for my students :)
Today I turn 30 years old and this a quick dance i had time to record yesterday in our studio. The girls have lots of surprises for my big day! Love them so much. Found this amazing artist Ennja from Russia ( Let Go)
Pole Dance Stole Me
I haven’t posted for ages, and the reason is that I don’t indulge in fashion shoots anymore. I am deep in Pole sports & gymnastics now. From time to time I also do yoga, and I am a big fan of Marlo Fisken’s Flowmovement - she is my God of Dance! So, I will be slowly restructuring this blog to be focused on pole sports, various warm-up exercises, as for the past 1 year and a half I have also been a Pole Instructor. I discovered that I really enjoy teaching the sport, and it helped me improve greatly. I am no way near the great Beasts of Pole world, but I am proud to be part of it.
