Do you know what kind of bug lands on a water flower to drink nectar, gets trapped inside it all day, then comes out when the flower opens up at night? I saw it on a nature documentary once and I can’t remember what kind of bug it was.
I don't know the specific bug or plant, but pollination traps have evolved quite a few times!
