Valentine's week: Leo 💙(pt 2)

As you lay there against his chest, he lightly washed your arms with a blue sponge. "You're too good for me, Leo." You murmured.

He froze mid scrub and cranked his neck down to look you in the eyes. There were so many emotions dancing in his ocean blue eyes; love, admiration, adoration, appreciation, fondness, endearment, warmth and so many more that you couldn't even name. But you could feel it.

I love you, You thought. You almost said it out loud but he pressed a kiss to your forehead and said, "Y/N. You're too good for me. You accept me for what I am, who I am. You make my brothers and I so happy. You love us even though we can't give you everything you deserve. We don't deserve you and everything you do for us. We-"

You cut him off with a kiss. The bath water splashed as you reached up to cup his cheek. "You guys deserve everything. I just wish I could give that to you."

Leo wrapped his arms around you in a hug. "That sounds like something I should be saying to you."

You two finished the bath and Leo left you wrapped in a towel as he went to grab clothes for you. You checked your phone and saw that the time said 4:43 pm, meaning it was close to sun down. When Leo came back, he had a deep blue skin-tight dress in his hand with matching heels.

"What do you think?" He asked.

"Beautiful." Your delicate fingers touch the suede fabric.

"Get ready, love." He kissed your cheek and left the bathroom, still wrapped in his towel. You assumed he'd get dressed in the spare bathroom.

You stepped out of the bathroom with the click of your heels echoing against the walls. Leo was sitting on the edge of your bed, adjusting the cuffs of his sleeves.

"Beautiful." He said, letting his eyes roam your figure.

"Not so bad yourself, handsome." You blushed, walking over to him to stand between his legs. He had on a white dress shirt with blue vest that matched your dress. You reach out to help him with his cuffs. "Dinner on the roof top?"

He smirked but didnt say anything. You felt is hand land on your hip and rub small gentle circles against the fabric of your dress. "Ready, love?"

You hum an affirmative as he guides you out of your bedroom window and on to the fire escape.

The view was amazing. The sunset was a cascade of beautiful colors that seem to shift as the sun continued to set. Leo held his hand out inviting you to hold it as he guided you toward the table. The roof was decorated with blue lights that became more apparent as night time approached. Leo pulled out the chair for you to sit.

"Thank you." You smiled at him.

He smiled back and lifted the top off of your plate.

Your heart melts when you see it's your favorite meal. "Aw, Leo. This is all so amazing."

He beamed at you as he lit the light blue candles. "Only the best for you, Dear."

The two of you chatted over dinner while soft music played in the background. He had asked you how your hobbies were going and you slipped into a rambling tangent. He simply gripped your right hand in his left as he listened. His thumb slightly massaging the back of your hand as you talked and he admired the sparks in your eyes as you spoke about your passions.

"But yeah, anyway." You laughed, shyly looking away, "sorry I got carried away, haha."

He smiled, "it's fine, you know I love listening to you. But, um I do have something for you."

Leo reached into his pocket and pulled out a small square box. You gasped and retracted your hand in favor of covering your mouth in shock. "Leo-"

"Dont worry, it's not an engagement ring." He paused and winked at you, "Yet."

You giggled at his flirting while he opened the box, revealing a ring with a small cobalt blue diamond. "But it is a promise. A promise to always be here for you. A promise from my heart and soul to always give you my all. I love you, y/n."

You sniffled to hold back the tears that threatened to spill over. "I love you too."

He slipped the ring onto your finger; a perfect fit. "Thank you, Leo." You both leaned over the table and shared a quick, yet passionate kiss.

With dinner finished and a successful date, you two headed back down to your apartment and undressed. Satisfied, you crawled into bed and cuddled until you fell into blissful sleep.

Is it ok if I ask for headcanons of the turtles (separate & poly bc I love all of them too much) realize they are in love with their shy, pure and sweet human friend who is open-minded and non-judgemental since they're slow at everything and has no talent that is known so they know how is like to be judged unfairly?

SO i was putting the finishing touches on this, when i realized that i was answering it as if none of the guys were in a relationship with you yet when they realized they loved you.

But that sometimes doesn’t happen. People can start a relationship without being in love and then realize that they do love each other after.

So RIP Werely. I’m sorry!! I hope ya like it!

Leo:

*he’d be at your place relaxing. Sitting on your couch, leaning back, completely at ease when it hit him so hard he’d actually curl into himself a bit as if someone physically punched his gut.

*it would make so much sense! You made him feel like he can be himself around you. You hold him up when he needs it the most, when he didn’t realize he needed it.

*because he’s leader he’s got a lot on his shoulders and you just lift them off when he’s with you. You’re so calm, patient, understanding, and wise and, honestly, he could go on and on.

*you always made him feel comfortable in his own skin

*he had accepted long ago that being a mutant turtle kinda sucked when it came to the whole world being against who you were (he lost count of the amount of people they’d rescue only to have the scream in their faces)

*he didn’t want to change who he was, he liked being a turtle but he’d be a liar if he didn’t wonder what it’d be like to be human

*but with you around, he liked himself a whole lot more

*butterflies will dance in his stomach once he realizes you had been calling his name to see if he was alright.

*he’d shoot out of his seat. Uh yeah! Fine. I’m fine. Thank you [y/n]. Just, uh, remembered something…needed to be done…in the dojo. He’d have a foot out your window but the pout you’d give him once you asked if he was going to leave he’d put on a brave face. No matter how much he wanted to retreat and meditate to sort these feelings at.

*for the rest of the evening he was a mess. He couldn’t stop staring at you. His mind in a giddy haze. Thinking over and over again how he was in love with you.

*he had never been nervously happy-scared. (what a combination of emotions, Leo)

Raph:

*he’d realize it after he’d be venting to you how frustrated he was how because the world saw him as a freak he couldn’t do what he wanted. He wanted freedom.

*you’d listen and add kind words in reassurance and agree that it was unfair. You didn’t chastise him for wanting more. You didn’t tease him. Didn’t patronize him either. You were just there supporting him and he just…..oh wow! He’d gulp loudly

*he’d go instantly flustered. All words he had got swallowed.

*he knew he liked you, you were a very dear friend, but love? Oh he had no idea when it started but there was no doubt as to why.

*you were perfect

*he’d feel so small under your gaze. Shit he’d give anything to hold you at this moment

*but he was terrified

*he knows you accepted him for him but with this new realization his brain just didn’t want to remember that bit.

*you deserve someone so much better

*being your friend was fine, but being your lover? It was too much to ask.

*after you leave, he’d try to sort out his feelings but mostly trying to keep himself from going after you and scooping you up in his arms begging you to love him in return.

*knowing that he loved you will make him angsty and will avoid you for a while

*once you’ve had enough of him avoiding you and you’ve confronted him (whether or not you cry or fight or both it’ll result in the same) he’d apologize. I’m sorry [y/n]. I’m…uh.. just sortin things out. I don’t wanna talk about it. But do ya…wanna still hang out?

*being with you is such a sweet torture that he knows he should push his feelings for you under a rug but he truly can’t help himself

*you will notice that before the realization that he treated you gently, but now after the realization he’ll treat ya extra gently

Donnie:

*you’d be helping him in his lab when it would hit him. Just being there handing him stuff he needed, listening to his ideas, asking questions, enjoying each others company, humming on occasion.

*he’d drop his tools so fast you’d think they burned him (luckily, he wasn’t working on anything too dangerous)

*his mouth would be open and he’d have a sparkle in his eye, like the way he gets when he has the perfect idea.

*he’ll feel silly and giddy, his heart with do flip flops and he’d want to do the same honestly. He’ll get a burst of energy and he’d want to go do something. Make something. Spar with Raph. Anything

*he’s on cloud nine!!

*once you say his name in question he’d freAKIN SCREECH!!!! (he forgot you were there)

*ok so he came back down to earth but he still bounced on his toes. Seeing you he was reminded that it was nerve wracking to admit one’s feelings

*but you might not return these feelings. He calculated the possibilities and his chances were…slim

*but that didn’t stop his heart from racing whenever you were around him again

*you’d touch his arm to try to see whats wrong and donnie.exe will stop working

*nervous bean shook and wanted to melt in your touch.

*he’ll do more stuff around you/with you just to be around you more. Hot water not working? He’d come fix it right away. Slight virus on your laptop, give him a second. He needs you to help him fix something. I’m sorry [y/n]. This is taking longer than expected to fix this. I might be used to long nights but you..d-d-do you want to take a break? *realizes what he said could be taken as an innuendo* *huh, who knew turtles could get so red?* !!!!!!!!!!!

*just as he thought his heart was full, you do something sweet for him like bring him coffee and he’d feel like he’d combust on the spot.

Mikey:

*it’ll come out of nowhere for him. It happened when everyone was around and you’d let out a laugh that he’d just hear over everyone else and wham! It hit him..

*Sure he flirts with you and seemed confident but once he realizes that he’s in love with you he’ll be bashful. Confidence out the door

*he would not be able to make an coherent sentence for a while

*he’d grab the nearest pillow and whop! Right on his face and scream

*but then he’d hide his feelings behind his flirting (he meant it before, but now it had extra meaning)

*constant squealing on how cute you were

*clingy boy becomes extra clingy

*he’ll have a fire going. Fueling the things he does for you and what he says and things he does with you.

*despite his hopefulness, he’s not an idiot. I knows that love comes with heartbreak sometimes.

*god he hoped his did not ended in heartbreak.

*you’d have no idea of the terror going on in his heart because he’s all smiles and jokes

*but then he’d catch you looking at him with a sparkle in your eye and his fear will melt away.

*honestly after more time passes from his realization the better he’ll feel. Fear and longing turning to giddiness and hope.

*he’ll end up having the most confidence out of all his brothers because he just knew… you know.

*holding onto his feelings was just poisoning his mood. So why do so?

*he’ll still not tell you outright but he’ll show it and literally say everything and anything else that meant it. You’re so cute [y/n]! We’d be the cutest couple around! Eh? Why are you getting red, babycakes? You’re not falling for me are you? ;)

Poly!Turtles:

*after they all individually come to realize that they all love you, it will take a decent amount of time for them to confront each other about it.

*they knew each other well enough to tell the signs when one falls for you.

*there will be sibling rivalry for your attention

*eventually though it’ll start to get kinda hostile.

*despite most of them if not all don’t want to fight, none of them will want to back down either

*it’ll honestly take either Master Splinter telling them to get their shit together and/or you to complain how stupid they’ve become with their fighting for them to finally sit down and discuss what do about this. None of them wanted to back down so…depending on if you’re ok with this,,,could they share?

(A/N: i actually started a fic about this ages ago of how they all just sit down and go through the discussion of being in a poly relationship, i just never finished it so i’m glad that i can sorta do it here)

*they will all agree that it was THE most embarrassing discussion between brothers ever. But it got the job done.

*you’ll notice that they’ll still squabble for your attention but they’d be more respectful of each other.

*if you’re not at the lair, one if not at least two of the guys was are you place.

*when you’d expect to only be hanging out with just one (as it was before) now you’d find yourself in a turtle pile. How many movie nights ended up with everyone squished on the couch?

It had taken all four of the turtles and Leatherhead most of the day but after sending the girls out for a picnic with the kids they had set to making dinner and cleaning the entire place not wanting any of the girls having to do a thing when they returned

Each of their mates favorite items now sat on the dinner table along with a beautiful cake Mikey had just finished putting edible flowers all over making a nice buffet for dinner a little of everything was there

Raph knowing his girl missed her chinese food had gotten help in making some broccoli and beef and had tried his hand at the cream cheese wontons she went crazy for but - he tried at least they looked weird but it was an attempt out of love

Leonardo had even made one special item for his two mates since they both liked the dessert he had followed the directions to a T and although he struggled at first he happily pulled out a apple crumb cake shocked at how well it came out but was extremely proud of himself

His brothers were weary but even they had to admit he had done a good job

Donatello wanting to surprise his wife had made what she had been craving for months and although it was nothing like the restaurant she adored he took pride as he placed it on the table each of the guys going out and picking all the flowers they could to make four beautiful bouquets for each of the mothers

This was going to be the first Mother's Day they got to properly celebrate and what more could I ask for; each of the women had not only gave them the one thing in the world they had wished for but took care of their children and loved them for who they were

Each of the males practically jumped out of their skin when they heard the girls coming down the trail all of the kids laughing and playing as they went along until they saw the women. A wagon being pulled behind them containing not only the blankets and basket that have been full of food when they left but since neither of them were carrying a baby they figured the smallest of the children were laying inside comfortably

They shushed one another as they tried to look innocent when the girls came in but they all stopped looking around seeing the whole cabin was cleaned spotless, the smell of food had hit their noses before they reached the yard, and just inside all of the guys were holding a art canvas that had ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ written in the center and all around it were their children’s hand print

The surprise on their faces made the males beam going to be sure like they had all day tonight the women would know how important and appreciated they were

Valentine's week: Leo💙 (pt 1)

Valentine's Day was a special holiday. Everyone had Valentine's Day, but not everyone had Valentine's Week.

You were the lucky bastard who did. And that's because you had four boyfriends, four very large mutant turtle boyfriends. There was Leonardo, the fearless leader. There was Raphael, the blunt hot-head. Then Donatello, the genius. And last, but sweetest of all, Michelangelo, the goofball.

So, during the week of Valentine's Day, you reserved a day for each of your turtles. Then, on the last day of the week, you all get together and celebrate all the love within your family. You saved up all your vacation days throughout the year, just for this week. The first two years of trying this worked perfectly. Each of the turtles got a whole day and night with you to do whatever they wanted for Valentine's day.

They loved it. And so did you.

You were so excited to see what they had planned for the third year in a row.

You stretched and yawned as the sun peeked through your curtains. You glanced at the clock and it read noon. You were surprised that you two were still sleeping. Usually he was up at the butt-crack of dawn. The arm wrapped around you tightened.

"Happy Valentine's Day." Leo rasped. You immediately melted back into his embrace. Technically, it wasn't Valentine's Day just yet but you responded anyway.

"Happy Valentine's Day." You smiled, gripping his arm.

"How'd you sleep, tenshi?" He asked. You could feel his thumb running small circles along your stomach.

Tenshi. You loved when he called you that. He explained to you that it meant angel in Japanese the first time he used it.

"Perfectly." You flipped and pressed a kiss against his jawline.

"Ready for today?"

"You have no idea." You slipped out of his hold and out of bed. You could feel Leo's eyes on you as you walked towards your bathroom in only panties and a t-shirt. You leaned against the door frame. "Are you going to stay in bed? Or are you going to help me save some water?"

Leo crawled out of bed, making his way to you. You couldn't help but admire his strong figure. He smirked. "You're going to be the death of me, love."

He pressed a kiss to your forehead but didn't join you. "But I have to prepare. And you, are going to lay in bed until I'm ready for you."

"I can't take a shower first?"

"You'll want to after breakfast, trust me."

When you first started dating Leo, he couldn't cook. At all. But you were working on it. Many of your dates were spent in the kitchen, upon Leo's request. He had said that he really wanted to be able to provide for you in every way possible.

So you were kind of surprised when you took the first bite of the day.

"Mmm~" You hummed. "Leo, this is so good! You made this by yourself? You usually need me there with you so you don't burn anything."

Leo chuckled. "Im glad you like it."

"Thank you for making it. So, what are our plans for today?"

Leo gave you a look that said really? "You know it's a surprise."

"Does it have to be that way?" You pouted. That was one of Leo's "agreements" when you all had talked about it.

"That's what we agreed on, lovely." He laughed, taking a sip of his drink.

"Well, I'm excited to see what you have planned."

He hummed. "I'm excited for you to see it too."

You two continued to talk as you ate. Once you were done, Leo stood up and took your plate. "Wait for me in the bedroom?"

"Okay." You started to make your way out of the kitchen when Leo's arm wormed around your stomach.

He whispered against your ear. "Naked."

You worried your bottom lip as you felt your core heat up.

He gently gripped your chin and turned your head so that your eyes connected. "Yes?"

"Yes, Sir." You watched his lips curl at the corners and his eyes darken.

He released you. "Good girl."

It took everything in you, not to Sprint to your bedroom but you did start stripping as you made your way. You were taking your socks off as you entered the room. You laid on the bed and waited.

You knew exactly what was about to go down.

Leo soothed his thumb along your cheek. You hummed. "That was lovely."

Leo blew air out of his nose in a laugh. "I'm glad you enjoyed yourself."

You drew small circles against his chest. You lifted you head and took a look at Leo. He had his eyes closed with a slight smile. He looked so peaceful and happy. You couldn't help yourself and pressed your lips against his. He cupped your cheek and kissed you back.

He got up from the bed and headed towards the bathroom. You heard the running of water and smiled. Of course he'd want to take a bath.

"Got any bath bombs, Leo?" You shouted from the bed.

"Of course. Come here, love."

You threw the blanket off of yourself and made it into the bathroom. Leo was sitting on the edge of the tub and of course the bath bombs were blue.

"Are you going to join me?" You asked.

"Would you like me to?"

"Of course." You two slid into the bath, the warm water and Leo's skin against yours felt amazing.

Charms

Raven had at first given Raphael the charm to remind him to be safe whenever he went off on his own and to know when he looked at it who was waiting for him to come home every night if they weren’t teamed up pretty soon she had realized it wasn’t fair to just give him one when she worried for all four of her mates.

Each was careful during patrols but she had gotten one too many scares over the years thinking she would lose them every time she was away

She had snuck it off the sai he kept it on one morning when she had gotten up kissing him before sneaking out of the lair heading up to school early so she wouldn’t have to hear him worrying over the thought that he had lost the little metal object praying he wouldn’t notice it was gone

She made her way to the shop on the surface that had made the custom charms picking out four more to match and set to designing them for each turtle in a way that she was sure would get their attention smiling when the woman grinned loving her ideas for the small pendants stopping at a store to buy a few things before taking to the sewers quickly assembling each as she walked home

She had gotten there just as they were getting ready for dinner seeing them all grin greeting their younger mate before Raphael had come into the room looking a little upset as he pulled her into his weight room holding her hands in his as he met her eyes “L-Look kid… I kinda lost yer pendent – but I promise I’ll find it” she had giggled kissing his hand before pulling him into the living room with a sweet smile

“Hey guys I need you to come here for just a moment” she fished out the little boxes seeing each of the turtles gathering around her as she handed one to each of them seeing the confused looks that passed between them “I kind of wanted to give you four something, I love each of you and since today marks our one year joined relationship anniversary together I though the occasion called for a special gift”

They slowly opened the box she had given them before their eyes were on her grinning as they each pulled out a small turtle charm with its shell painted in their signature colors except a small part of it which was a deep sparkly emerald green in different areas on each shell grinning when Raphael almost looked relieved to see his charm now missing a part of its red shell “Been driving myself nuts today looking for this kid”

“These are awesome babe” Mikey was quick to place his on the chain inside putting it over his neck admiring it like Donnie who had placed his on his wrist with the rope she had made to fit him like an adjustable bracelet

“You didn’t have too little sister” she moved closer attaching the charm to the handle of Leo’s left swords so it dangled on one of the handle seeing Raph had already put his back on his sai happy to see it back in its place

“Yeah I did – because even if we aren’t together all the time and we have to split up for patrols, I want the four of you to know I’m always there just like I will always know you are beside me even if you can’t really be there” he smirked stepping closer pressing a kiss to her lips in his thanks as the others smiled following suit until she was in Raphael’s arms seeing the look on his face again as he glanced to his brother’s

“Kid we didn’t get ya anything”

“Sure you did – you four just don’t know it yet” she giggled getting down holding up another box handing it to the oldest who looked inside before showing the others seeing a loving look on each of their faces as Raphael pulled it out chuckling at the matching turtle pendent – the shell divided into four equal parts with the missing color from each of their charms between each shiny groove

As soon as she had it on her neck they all realized the significant meaning behind each charm in what she was trying to say, they were just as much a part of her as she was of them – if they ever got lonely each could look at the little turtle whether anxious, missing the teen, or if there was ever a need to remind them that no matter what happened they would always have somebody waiting for them back home
