Cupid AU

Imagine an AU where Shadow is a cupid who works more hands on and long term, helping people who have feelings for each other, but for some reason or another refuse to or otherwise can’t acknowledge their feelings. Things get complicated when he ends up getting revealed to his current targets and has to pretend he's on another case not to scare them off. And even more so when they all start falling for each other.

With respect that most of the cast is in their mid to late teens I will not be listing any ship with more than four years separating ANY other member; and for those younger than twelve only two years, with much less leeway for interpretations. Tikal and Shadow being sealed away for years does not count towards their ages because they didn't actually live them.

Imagine due to some messed up scheme by Dr. Eggman the Chaos Emeralds end up transporting Sonic, Amy, and Shadow to another world and they have to work together to find the Emeralds and make it back.

They hadn’t expected for their feelings for each other to come out along the way.

Cardcaptor Amy

Imagine a Cardcaptor Sakura inspired AU with Amy as the one who unleashes magical cards into the world and must recapture them, Sonic is the supportive friend (though in this case the outfits and video taking are him playing the middleman for other character[s]), and Shadow is the rival who wants to prevent the foretold disaster.

Prompt: Unleashed Take 2

--Imagine Eggman decides to revisit his Dark Gaia plans, but this time instead of being incidental to his plans he intentionally infects people with Dark Gaia energy.

Part of this plan includes infusing Sonic with much more of DGE so he’d have less control and infusing Amy and Shadow with similar amounts of energy to take advantage of Sonic’s and Shadow’s “rivalry” and their feelings for Amy to make them fight, and to keep Amy from stopping them.

The werehog transformations were expected, unfortunately for Eggman after the three’s initial loss of control they seem much more interested in cuddling each other and fighting his robots together than fighting each other, attacking things at random, or listening to him...

Ship Name Use?

What is the ship name(s) for Sonic/Amy/Shadow (all together and variations like two of them with one but not each other) that you use? Sonamyshad? Shadamyson? Sonadamy? Some other variation? Just use the regular ship names?

Does anyone use multiple outside trying to spread a post so more people can see it or forgetting which one you used?

What about a name using a different fandom’s rules? (for example: -shipping) Or something else? (pun, shortening, didn’t know the name, etc.)

I’m asking partially out of curiosity and partially because tumblr’s tags/search system isn’t very good.

A few times I’ve checked some posts and while Sonamyshad seems to be the most used on original posts, some others are more common in reblogs (if any are even used). Not everything shows up when you search, and when people deactivate their posts disappear, further skewing results.

As for myself I usually stick with Sonamyshad since it seems to be the most widely used across the sites I’ve checked.

On my main blog I started using “Chasing Chaos Blurs” because at the time I still posted Sonic stuff there, had gotten influenced by other people and ships, and attempted to try to keep the prompts I reblogged from cluttering my main tag.

And while I don’t use it for tagging or much anything else, the blog’s name, soamow, came about because I was afraid of using one of the main ship names...also it’s shorter.
