as far as I went in life, I had so many commorbidities.

from my sex, I'm a hyperfertile male, according to spermogram exams and my endocrinologist. I used to have a third testicle between my regular pair; they removed it when i was 10. bc even though that didnt even bothered me, my mom noticed it and it was irregular so doctors thought it was a cyst or hernia (until today those same words are told to me as if I could understand the difference or the sameness x.x)

there's another peculiar aspect of my body. just as harry styles, i have a supernomerary nipple (he has more, but I only have one). so is it even polythelia? it has ICD code. but how is it a disease? but I have sensations of bone twinges bc of scoliosis. even though I didnt have fibromyalgia diagnosis yet, i already have TMJD (oromandibular dystonia) and feel a lot of thoracic pain, as if I received a gun shot. im starting cervical and facial therapy.

am I intersex? It doesnt matter. honestly, I look as a typical male, despite having no regular breastplate, it's totally plain as if I was a trans male without scars.

Dysex defines individuals who currently have/had non-typical sex characteristics that are not inherently intersex by themselves, whether from birth or naturally developed. Includes polymastia, polythelia, athelia, amastia, breast hypoplasia, breast hypertrophy, gynecomostia, micromastia, hypotonia, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus, retroverted uterus, macropenis, macroorchidism, macrovagina, labial hypertrophy, hormone-disrupting tumors, etc.

If polymastia is intersex, why not polythelia? Do you think CTF bodily variations are more pathologized because of medical misogyny?

Huh, that's a great question. I've never thought of it before. What you say about misogyny is entirely possible, and I think it's a part of it. Polymastia is a lot more visible and seen as something that needs to be "fixed" to fit into the female sex "correctly", whereas polythelia is way more minor and it is expected that both sexes have nipples. And many people with extra nipples aren't even aware of it and just think it's a skintag or mole. I'm guessing it's kind of because how polymastia is seen much more as a "problem" because it has "societal impact" on how someone is seen by others around them, doctors, their family, whereas again, an extra nipple is so benign most people probably don't even know they have an extra nipple. An extra nipple is probably seen more as just a thing that is whereas polymastia is societally seen as a problem to fix maybe? I don't know! Interesting question! And yeah, CTF bodies are definitely highly pathologized specifically in cases where doctors and society are trying to "fix" them into being female "correctly", even if they are not intersex.

I'm interested in hearing others thoughts on this if anyone has anything to say!

Supernumerary Nipple flag 💪💪💪 💥🔥

meaning: it's modeled after the shape of the milk line which is where most supernumerary nipples form. Although they can form in other places as well. The colors are just various nipple colors.

I miss having my third ball. would I be hyperfertile? I would never know. I also makes me struggle into muffing. and there's a void in the scrotum between the two.

is this polyorchidia? it would, if they didn't remove thinking it's disordered. it didn't hurt. how could they decide it's bad?!

and also: I have polythelia (a third nipple)

despite that I have autism, BD-I, psychotic, DPDR, TMJD (oromandibular dystonia)
