I've seen kitties do fine with ZERO teeth, just make sure his remaining teeth don't get a lot of build up, that can lead to infections in his mouth

should I switch him to wet food? He seems to be eating it fine, but idk. 

I remember the vet saying despite his lack of teeth his mouth was in pretty good shape.
