note that val doesnt have personal assistants because i think he wouldnt trust a lesser sinner near his work and would either saddle it to vox or do it all himself.
voxs personal assistants dei/populis run tasks for him specifically + manage pr presence and delegate tasks to the other employees (multitasking kings) and logi oversees/handles most of the actual administrative/technical work. populis is voxs fav employee (no surprises there) alongside baxter
velvettes personal assistants dorian and bella handle different aspects of her socmed empire: dorian, who is *technically* contracted with her but whose soul she doesnt own oversees most of the admin work and helps with menial tasks like styling and fitting for events, while bella handles more of the pr and socmed presence alongside running damage control for the entirety of the vees
and unsurprisingly, their personal assistants have a pattern- velvette likes to surround herself with sinners alike to her, due to her habits in life as a racial minority, and vox. Just really likes fish
