Yes! In fact I consider Portugal not as jealous country per se, but a territorial one. So, as long as he has his place as God told us (? it's all okey; his husband can take the lovers he wants to, himself the same, etc... BUT BUT Argentina has the little virtue/defect of being overwhelming. And England is his godfather, so the bond is deeper beyond love or fraternity.

There are moments in time that Arthur is obsessed with Martin and it's the only thing he talks about and that... that is not nice. At all.

Something like this, in the reverse way.
