Portea sps.
Bromeliads are something I had never really been too interested in. But lately since I work with them a lot, I’ve grown quite an affinity for them. This Portea species has grown like a weed. I read online that they can tolerate high light then other bromeliads. I didn’t want to risk it, so I have him behind a shade cloth and he seems to like it.
If anyone has any bromeliad beginner tips, I’d love to hear them.
