A good piece of advice for finding poses is to look at figures, but I found out that some people have a harder time working with a reference that isn't 2d/broken up and I needed some things to post on other platforms that were art related so I started breaking some down

Uh also disclaimer I'm not a professional at anatomy either so take my drawings with a grain of salt
