haha joke's on y'all the only postdespair headcanons i'm like,, 100% sure of are about nicanor's mentor???? whoa!!!

so. gallio. (former) famous travelling cellist who would spend money left and right because he is an Irresponsible Adult who only avoided financial ruin because of nicanor. since nicanor was going to hope's peak and couldn't keep an eye on him all the time but did leave him with a good amount of money what do you think the first thing he did was??? that's right, he booked a flight for italy. (okay that wasn't the first thing that he did but it was his first Big Purchase the man has no control he just wanted to take a vacation because nicanor never let him have any fun >:^( !!!). 

he completely avoided all of the chaos that took place in japan i can't believe this for all his terribleness the man has the Best Luck i'm not even joking

he probably heard shit was gettin' real in japan and just. proceeded to do nothing. probably said, "eh well i hope nicanor is ok" and just. twiddled his thumbs. idk he had a lot of money he probably wasn't even worried about nicanor when he had a fat wad of cash to spend eyyyy

so yeah he was probably in genoa all that time. maybe he went to parma and paid some respect to nicanor's past life haAHAHaa idk gallio is Unpredictable but he definitely wasn't planning on a flight back to japan any time soon.

really i can only see him reuniting with nicanor if nicanor managed to get back to italy somehow????? or when things calm down in japanland and by that time gallio probably kicked the bucket so,,!
