Three and half years orthodontics treatment... then surgery and then a couple of months of post-surgery adjustments... finally the braces have been taken off. First day back at work post surgery - 1

Uuuggghhhhh I hurt so bad. I had dinner, poured a large glass of red wine and responded to the multiple emails for my new job starting Monday. Ice has helped a little bit I hurt. So much so that I still fear that something is not right. Which I will know for sure on Thursday.

But hey, after I survive tomorrow NCIS is back!!! I can’t tell you how excited I am for that!!!

Hamilton is Saturday night with my sister and I’m so excited for that. Round 3 seeing Hamilton. ❤️ I just have to keep reminding myself of the things I’m looking forward to make it through the week.

Though I’ll be real with you if I hurt this much everyday I’m not sure I can manage. I just need to be functional and I fucking hurt. So so much.

My daughter is on day 5 of a full liquid diet. Thanks to a neighbor we have homemade pho broth (yay! for awesome neighbors!).
