I get like that sometimes. I have to be in the mood to draw. Most of the time the best drawings start out with very little effort. They just kind of happen and then they get better as you work on them.  For me anyway lol. I get int oa sort of drawing zone and block everything else out. 

I would also try drawing with a tablet. Personally I find it easier to color digitally. It's also helpful with mistakes too lol
