Retro GC Games #1: Metroid Prime
I've been replaying Metroid Prime recently on stream, and wanted to make some new art of Samus for the title cards. 🌧️👾🟠 It's gotten a lot easier over the years to draw things like the Varia Suit. Last time I drew her for real (and not my oc Astra dressed as her for Halloween) was in 2017, when Prime 4 was first announced. I've played all the Metroid games by this point but Prime was the first one I owned, and it was the game that made me take the Gamecube seriously. You won't be seeing a lot of art from me for Gamecube games- but the ones that mattered made it count.
