Social Media and Web 2.0 technologies are taking the world by storm. It's baffling to me how many companies do not use it in their training! The world is changing, and they way people are learning is changing. One of the reasons that it's changing is because there are more Millennial and they are going to take up a large chunk of the workforce.
I created this video in a web 2.0 technology called powtoon.com. It's kind of like PowerPoint, but much more advanced. It has moving people, and you can add video and music, and it just makes it much more interactive! I really liked it.
