people on twitter saying Kei's half Russian half Japanese? is it true? then why are people telling him to go back where he came from? i thought he was fully Russian.
Huh? A hafu? No. He is Russian, you got it right. He got his Japanese citizenship at the age of 11, in February 2107. This is the first thing written in the personal histrory section (経歴).
Hi, I’ve seen people say that Kei has a wife while Arata is a kind of man whore who sleeps around with lots of women, any truth to either?
Hey! Kei does have a wife. Maiko Maiya Stronskaya, and yes, she is, too, a Russian immigrant. Arata being a man whore is a complete bullshit. Where did this come from? O_O
I know that it’s not really that big a deal in the grand scheme of the series but I really hope that Shion and Yayoi are kept as a couple in Psycho-Pass 3; even though their relationship didn’t receive much focus it was still fun to see their dynamic together, especially considering the events that took place in the Asylum storyline, do you think they will be?
Tbh, this is where things get a little uncertain.
Provided Yayoi is not in Division One as of 2120, there’s a possibility that she might no longer be a latent criminal. In the movie novel, it was said that her CC kept improving and that if it were to continue, Yayoi could recover completely and go back to being normal and thus resume her life among the mentally healthy population of Japan.
That being the case, naturally, she might be transferred to a safer job in the PSB. And then… well, we don’t even know if she would be permitted to visit CID, let alone interact with her former colleagues.
Nothing is certain at this point. Still, why would they bring up the recovery subject in the novel if they weren’t going to use it further in the story? This thought bothers me. Then again, maybe along with Gino and Sugou, Yayoi was just transferred to another division or a new unit. If so, I highly doubt there’s a reason to worry about their relationship. It’s unlikely these two would be killed or anything.
Do you know how/where to find/buy the anime scripts for season 1 and 2?
The DVDs/BDs include scenario books. Those for season 1 and 2 are still available on CDJapan through back-order.
You have one more option though. The PSYCHO-PASS Smart Edition Box blu-rays for both seasons come with digital scenario books.
Tou Ubukata did a mistake with Season 2, but maybe he learned his lesson? Idk, i think everyone deserves a second chance. Btw, do you know any other of his works besides PP s2? I heard he made some pretty good works.
Hmm... True, everyone does but, unfortunately, I am not so forgiving when it comes to butchering one of my favorite series. And everyone may be entitled to have a second chance, yes, but there’s also the fact that some people never change. I can’t assume that he didn’t learn anything. Nor can I expect that he actually thinks he has to learn anything from his previous work. Many liked that mess you call S2.
Anyways, I can’t know that for sure, only time will tell but... There’s also the issue of money involved. I’m inclined to believe they just want to make more money (there’s even a stage play adaptation coming) so they’ll be milking their cow till it runs dry. And this leaves me thinking that it’s not the matter of whether he’s learned anything or not, it’s the matter of whether he (and the staff) cares at all. Because why bother if we’re gonna make lots of money anyway? To me, seeing his name in the PP credits is the same as having a 9th season of GoT with D&D as writers. I still wish to forget S2 like some kind of nightmare. Too bad I can’t.
Not everything Ubukata wrote was shit, though. Mardock Scramble was not bad. And Le Chevalier d'Eon was okay, but I couldn’t appreciate it tbh. It was amusing to watch nonetheless.
Okay Thanks. So Tezuka is in the hospital in comatose state it means? Also is Amari back on the rehab center? the rest of the Enforcers of Divison 1 Naito Yatsuka etc are also dead? I appreciate it your answer since I thought Waku and Tezuka were promoted and Amari and rest.... dunno..
Totally forgot to include Yatsuka in the KIA list. Naitou was sent back to the rehab, it’s temporary though, he’ll be reassigned to PSB at some point as he shows up in the PP Zero novel five years later. Amari and Hirako were also sent back to the rehab center. Their future is unknown.
Hello! I just read the ending of KKS, but I couldn’t understand what happened to torii and naoto. Do they die or escape? Since the report at the end says missing instead of putting them in the list with the dead people.
Hi! They’re dead. This is pretty much the same situation as when Kagari died. Reports say he’s MIA while we know he’s dead. Nao and Tsubasa couldn’t possibly escape from there so...
