When I first started my practice it was all about "mastery" achieving "goals". Now my practice is so much more than that. It's not about the end result it's about showing up and seeing my practice with new eyes every day. It's become much more about having a beginners mind, about being present and aware of what is happening today. What happened yesterday and what will happen tomorrow don't matter.
