If you were once close with a friend, but now she is annoying and sometimes rude but then says she is just joking , would you still be friends with her? or cut her loose?

ya imo if you ever stop liking a friend you shouldn't be friends with her anymore. It's not fair to you or her and it just becomes a waste of both of your time. I would probably gradually cut her loose, like just slowly start talking to her less and less and eventually your friendship will end. But I guess it all depends on how strong your friendship is and how much u value it. If you were really compatible with her in the past then u should tell her how u feel and maybe she'll be more considerate to u and work on it and u'll be close to her again. I suggest u should first communicate your feelings, even though it might be hard at first, but trust me, it will pay off in the end.
