Reset it. You don't lose anything. Hold home and lock until it restarts. This happened to my phone this morning.
i can hold home just fine, but not lock bc a) the power button is broken and b) the screen is nonresponsive so i can’t use touch-assist at all. (ALSO i just got ur text but for obvious reasons cant actually reply)

Babe, from what my experiance has been frozen screens won't stop an alarm from going off-I've also found the only way to stop it doing that is a full reset. :/
problem is, though, that i haven’t actually SET the alarm yet. like, there is no alarm on. so no alarm will go off unless i can get the screen to respond enough to set one ono;
