days in my body

five days of biking, walking, tasting, smelling, touching, looking and listening. it felt like a week of being in my body, and not only my head.  a list of details:

- the feeling of the dry moss against the wet grass on intro day - the mix between feeling safe and feeling adventurous when crouching down under the huge rhubarb-ish-leaves looking for plums, the same feeling when crouching down by the sea buckthorns - the sound of the reed rustling in the wind - the openness when biking around at sompasaari (my mind expanded with the space around me) - my wet pants against my thighs when biking in the rain - the taste and texture of the mushrooms we picked in the risotto I was exhausted at the end of the week, but it was so wonderful

nuksio was exhausting but also wonderful (hiking with a cold is a bit tiring)
