Meal #2 of the day from @personaltrainerfood ! Meatloaf and mixed vegetables. Everything tasted good. The meatloaf tasted like meatloaf from a frozen dinner, it didn’t taste as “real” as it could have but it still tasted good lol this meal did not fill me up by a long stretch just like breakfast. So I ate a another serving of chicken and vegetables and I feel OK right now. You aw able to eat as much protein meat and eggs as you want so I took advantage of that. So It could simply be my body having to adjust of eating less food or it could also be that I’m nursing I’m hungry👶🏽👶🏽. . Overall I feel good, but I’ve been hungry all day thus far.
