Presage - Outer Perimeter CD

This is an an odd one from the 90′s. Presage was a one time project of Mr. Dibbs and other Anticon dorks. An abstract Hip Hop instrumental album based around samples of conspiracies theories and (at the time) fringe esoterica.

Along with the internet, Gen X’s hipster Ironic/non ironic normalization of conspiracy theories helped make the world it is today.

Yay.
