My ass being super confused why they keep crediting Franny as played by Presley when I knew the actresses name was Paris and just now realizing she is played by two separate kids that are not twins but they switch them out in the same episode. I was losing it lol

Hey question anon here... Has it ever been said which Franny they use? I feel kinda dumb that I only recently discovered there’s two actresses playing her.

Hey nonnie hey! You’re not dumb at all! Shameless has been known to switch up their youngest stars. There have been five different child actors that have played Liam throughout the years (2 sets of twins + Christian), and yes there are two Franny’s. Paris began the role is season 7 and has been playing the role of Franny for the past four seasons. In seasons 9 & 10 Presley also played the role. Although the girls have mostly been cast in separate episodes from each other, there are a few episodes that both actresses are credited for being in. I did a little leg work for this ask, and thanks to IMDB, Presley was in a bulk of the season 9 episodes, whereas Paris is in more of Season 10. Now here’s something kind of funny, the girls are not twins, they just look very much alike, so much so that it’s quite difficult to tell them apart from episode to episode. For a bit of clarification...
