You might have been scratching at/hitting yourself in your sleep because of the severe nightmares you were having. I am so so sorry you have been put through this.
Aww, it's okay, I appreciate it but I'm fine, really. <3 The dream wasn't as bad as it sounds, like it wasn't one of those nightmares where you wake up and feel freaked out for the whole day, I just kind of woke up like "oh good it was just a dream!"
But yeah that could have happened though, or I could have just been tossing and turning and hit and scratched myself on something hard that was in my bed.
