Hobson, arrived earlier this afternoon. 💗 This sweet gentle boy has seen some very hard days. I'm sure he was a story for quite a long time and who know what before that. Unlike people dogs hearts don't seem to harden or bitter, they just love. He is sweet, easy going, and seemed content. He is in pretty rough shape and heart worm positive/ chf. I don't know how long he has left. But I do know that he is finally HOME. It may not be for long but this boy was on the last leg of his journey to finding love. He has found it. 💜 This was on our ride to meet his fosters. Every freedom ride we listen to my Dads instrumental cd. Our freedom rides are always peaceful and a journey forward. Anna & Dan have now picked him up, he will remain in their family for hospice foster. I have full faith that the last breath he takes on this earth will be filled with love. We can't do everything, but we all can do something. Hobson deserved better. He will get what he has longed for. A family, safety, love, and dying in dignity. Thank you, Anna & Dan for being a part of our team. Hobson is #finallyhome. It's easy to prevent heart worms. If you can't afford the preventative there are many resources to get assistance. We can't control everything but this could have been prevented. Protect your pets. Hobson will be one of the lucky ones that gets to die with dignity and in a home. Most never get that. For now, this boy will be loved, fed, and told that he is wonderful.
