So, pointers in C++ are things that, for some reason, make sense while I’m learning them and later using them, but once I take a break for any length of time, my understanding of them slides straight back out of my brain.
I’m on my n-th re-learning attempt now, so I’m hoping putting my understanding of them down here (while it’s still intact) will make it easier for me to re-learn when it is inevitably next required.
And so, a blog was born. As I’m going along, I’ll tag according to language and any additional categories whatever I’m blathering about may come under. I make no claims of legibility, intelligibility, sanity, or anything else you might expect from a blog about technical things. I’m learning, somewhat haphazardly, and that latter adverb - in adjectival form - is the only one of which I can guarantee to you lucky, lucky readers.
