The price of photos

I’ve been sharing a lot of lightening. Almost exclusively in fact. They are beautiful and today is no different

But there is a price for these stunning photos and tonight on the way home we came face to face with it and after notifying the correct officials jumped in to help lay a fire line and help prevent another wildfire.

911 transferred the call to BLM Fire dept who had no eta on when an engine would be out. So we laid the fire line. I don’t recommend everyone do this but we’ve had training and this is only about 10miles from our home. Just across the open range. A Crook County Sheriff’s Deputy by the name of Chris showed up and took over so we took photos and came home. His radio works better then my cell phone. Lol!!
