Why is it a thing that I can DM a blog their own post so damn easily? I've literally had my thumb slip while sleepy-scrolling and sent SEVERAL people their own posts. Thankfully all of them have been understanding, but it's rather embarrassing.

Cross your fingers for me, because I've just spent the last week busting my ass to remake an entire 32-piece shadowbox SMALLER than the original (there are size restrictions for this particular artist call) that of COURSE I revised from the original to have better composition, because the original one has this giant dead space in the uppper left corner that has always sort of bugged me.
In high school I had this super southern South Carolina drawlin' lady as my senior/AP art teacher, and she told me one day in her class "Printy, you tend to bite off more than you can chew... and then you chew it." Which is-- I think that's intended to be a compliment????

I've been self-conscious about having too long of sentences and too short of paragraphs (thank you, 4th grade language arts five paragraph essay), but reading this trashy romance novel I got for V-Day has me feeling better, because there are many, many, many paragraphs in it that are literally a single lengthy sentence. And I am doubly grateful because if the author of this book didn't do this then it would have taken more than 11 pages for the main male enemy-to-love-interest to remove his "smallclothes."
I kinda want to learn a bunch of the "words" in the placeholder text Lorem ipsum. Ya know, like how there are some folks out there who have pi memorized to a certain digit
Just saw an instagram reel about "what multiplication problem would you be" and while my immediate thought was some kind of 7 times table, simply because of the Schoolhouse Rock song (which "Lucky Seven" is fiiiiiire btw), I don't think i'd be one of the ones early in the song.
I think i'd be 7x12.
7's a very nice cute number, but the 12 makes the equation feel a little intimidating. And then you have the rhyme in the song "multiply seven times twelve // You got eiiiighty-four. And isn't that swell," which is both an unusual moment in the song that throws a wrench in the beat, but ultimately works well even if it is a little unconventional. 84 isn't a big popular number. But it's solid and has some nice reliable evenness with lots of potential to split up and do some work if you ask it to.
Oh okay so I've been formatting my em dashes incorrectly... but maybe I keep doing so so it's more apparent that a human's writing it? Although, the only reason I'm using em dashes at all is because I finally know when to use them, thanks to all the coverage they get being an AI "tell."
Also why am I constantly finding out I use UK spellings? Like, IDK where I got the idea that travelling is spelled with 2 L's, but it just looks better to me that way."
13. Do you like eggnog??
I do! I don't think I've ever had proper homemade eggnog (I'm a little reluctant to consume raw egg), but I do like grabbing a bottle from the grocery store for the holidays. I tend to cut it with milk so it lasts a little longer and isn't quite as rich/calorie-dense.
Slept all day, and while i needed it, it is cir. 1 AM and i am WIDE AWAKE
