how do you write in caps i'm confused

you just do the thing. capitalized letters are bigger if that's what you're asking. 

STORY TIME

i used to do it always but then in sixth grade my spanish teacher failed me bc you don't capitalize months in spanish (i didn't capitalize them she just thought i did bc caps). so then i wrote normal but i still capitalized r's idk. and now i write in caps again it just kinda happened.
