NOTES: A seemingly day of relaxing, turns into quite the opposite with another ongo of an assault.
TRIGGERS: Violence, Domestic violence.
The day was turning into being such a good one for Nadia-- she wasn’t sure she knew how much she needed just a day with someone else, being ‘normal’. Not that she didn’t already love her body guard, Lydia-- it was nice to feel like a normal 22 year old, just.... a 22 year old. Already having to drop off the first start of their bags in her car, Nadia happily looped her arm along with Gaby’s--walking in step with the shorter girl, asking her question after question about her holiday break, about her family. It wasn’t until they passed the area for the rest rooms that she stopped, claiming she had to use them. Reassuring him that she was okay to go alone, she was feeling a bit too comfortable, she left the other. Looking at her reflection in the mirror, concealer and foundation covered the bruising over her throat, her cheek, but her lip was still a bit swollen. Letting out a small sigh, she fixed her hair before heading into the stall.
It was like in the blink of an eye-- just as she started to relax, grow accustomed to the silence in the bathroom; doors slammed open and she got that sick feeling in her stomach. Looking around frantically, it was useless and suddenly two men were bursting into the stall-- the door being kicked down, but they were oh so kind to catch it before it fell on her. In a seconds time, she was being gripped and pushed against the wall, a hand around her throat to silence any screams that would flee her mouth and then she was on the ground-- blows to the head, the face-- she tried to protect her stomach but a swift kick to her guy caused her to groan out painfully. Already she started to see blood paint the bathrooms; their words falling in her ear.
“He’s going to be here soon, he misses you little bird, he misses you. We’re ust preparing you.”
The words were so soft, someone could say sweet if they didn’t know the context, but they made bile rise in her throat. After being picked up again and thrown over the sinks, she got to look at her reflection, but it was all red-- Nadia wasn’t sure what came over her, but she saw one window and took it; connecting her boot to one of the mans groin, taking that one moment she had to scream at the top of her lungs, it was blood curling- glass shattering, broken.
“GABY, LYDIA!”
The words left her throat, already leaving it horse and she was greeted by a blow to the cheek, sending her to the floor. Bracing her hands on the floor, it was a few more moments before she saw a ring of blonde hair, a ring of blonde hair-- the silver of a gun behind a waistband-- eyes went up and all she saw was Lydia nearly taking down both men, only to lift them with grips on their throats each. Walking out with them in tow, Nadia stayed curled-- stayed still, not knowing what was next.
