Inequality was all over the place, and your life is predetermined just by where and when you are born, and who your family is. How you look like, and what you talents are. To her, who had a relatively good life, it all seemed painfully cruel.
“You’re right.” Was all she could say. She did not dare to look him into the eye, the sudden bitterness that overwashed her broke through her sweet personality and it made her want to curse. Why was she getting so thoughtful out of the sudden? Hadn’t she agreed to leave the past behind? Yoona knew she had to force herself out of this mood.

Smug is the expression etched on his face; the whole notion of the situation was nothing less than amusing to him. His little prank resulted in a very shrill scream and now, with flushed cheeks and an irate expression, he can’t help but to think of how very adorable she looks. “You’re cute when you’re angry.”
She huffed, crossing her arms and turning away with a defiant expression. Of course, Rosalynn was more than aware that she were cute – she’d been told and paid for that on many occasions, but it didn’t mean that she’d appreciated being scared. “And you’re insufferable,” she responded, “The next time you sneak up on me, I will kick you in the balls.”

An inaudible yawn and heavy eyelids are at silent protest of her statement – he is far too tired, far too consumed by his own lethargic aura, to raise out of his makeshift bed. Forehead propped against forearm, incomprehensible mutterings are the only words he manages. As delicious as breakfast sounds, he fails to function until after 11am and so he remains in a state of half consciousness.
It’s grown into a horrid habit to be awake everyday around 7AM due to her alarm being set to that time during the weekdays. Even on the weekends, her eyelids would pop open automatically to meet the morning sun. For him to sleep till ten, she was bored. Grabbing the nearest pillow, she raised her arms above her head before throwing it at his frame that was snuggled beneath the dark comforter. “Wake up! It’s late!” No, it wasn’t, but according to her, it was. The results after the hit left her staring blankly at his back that faced her. She then positioned herself at the edge of the bed and laid back with all of her weight on top of the figure. He was going to wake up and she was sure of it.
