About Lunter hate:

I don’t really understand why most of the TOH fandom is so vile towards Lunter shippers. I get it, Lumity being canon is a wonderful source of representation, but it’s just rude to put people down just because their ship isn’t cannon. A lot of people justify Lunter hate by saying that Luz and Hunter are effectively siblings, but they are not related by blood and different people can have different perceptions of their dynamic. Someone might see their interactions as playful and familiar, and another person could see them as romantic. Both are okay! I personally ship both Lumity and Lunter, because I think both are cute in their own universes. These are all kids, and we shouldn’t be going at each other’s throats over shipping them.
